Course Description:
This course is designed to provide an overview of important topics in courtroom testimony about the pharmacodynamic effects of alcohol. Participants will gain expert knowledge and practical skills necessary to effectively explain complex concepts of ethanol pharmacodynamics in court. The course additionally emphasizes the importance of the proper use of the Dubowski table, including an overview of its history, evolution, and application in alcohol cases. Following this course, participants will be able to develop strategies to explain its relevance and limitations during court testimony.
