It emphasizes expert witness preparation, including how to build a professional curriculum vitae, maintain supporting documentation, and develop clear, compelling narratives for jurors. Participants learn best practices for reviewing case materials, anticipating cross-examination challenges, utilizing demonstrative evidence, and tailoring communication to diverse courtroom audiences. The training also covers courtroom etiquette, dress, and collaboration with prosecutors to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful testimony.

Jennifer Knudsen
Jennifer Knudsen has been Colorado’s Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP) for the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council since 2014. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Denver. She then went to the University of Colorado School of Law where she earned a juris doctorate and certificate in taxation.
