This course helps law enforcement, fire, EMS, and 9-1-1 professionals distinguish between drug or alcohol impairment and medical emergencies through evidence-based assessment and interagency collaboration. Participants learn to recognize key signs and symptoms, apply NIMS/ICS communication frameworks, and use best practices for safe, coordinated response.
