Ahmed Mostafa, MBBCh

Medical Toxicologist

Dr. Mostafa is a board certified emergency physician currently practicing in the state of New York. He received his medical degree from Cairo University, Egypt, and has completed his residency training in Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar, as well as Crozer Chester Medical Center, PA.

He graduated as a fellow in medical toxicology from Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University College of medicine, and has several peer-reviewed publications in the fields of medical toxicology and emergency medicine, with topics including botulism, gadolinium exposure, and nicotine toxicity.

His teaching experiences include conducting lectures and workshops for medical students and residents in Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar, Doha, Qatar, as well as Drexel University College of Medicine. He has served as a panelist and presented in multiple national conferences, and won the American College of Medical Toxicology’s Fellows in Training Open Mic competition in 2019.
